The Chisholm Catholic College Japan Tour offers students the chance to enrich their knowledge of the Japanese language and culture in the most authentic way possible. Over two weeks, students get a once-in-a-lifetime insight into life in Japan. For the first week, students navigate and explore the cultural and historical hot spots of Tokyo, Kyoto, and Hiroshima, all the while building upon their knowledge of modern and ancient Japan. For the second week, participants experience life as a Japanese high school student as they spend the week with a Japanese family in our sister city of Hirakata (near Osaka) while attending a local high school.

The Japan Tour provides an excellent opportunity for students to challenge themselves in a different environment, and to inspire them further in their studies of Japanese.
